Hi,
We have a room available for rent all inclusive of bills (Elec & Wi-Fi) in secure complex with pool and off street parking. Available now until May 2015. Short or long stay is OK. No Bond.
We are a couple with a young daughter so female is preferred. No couples.
Bus straight across the road to the City or Carindale Shopping Centre!
The room is upstairs, clean, light and airy. Furniture consists of single bed (some linen provided), desk, chair, BIR, fan and bed side draws. Un-furnished can be arranged.
We have our own en-suite so apart from our daughter the very large main bathroom will be free for you. Downstairs is open lounge, dinning and kitchen all furnished any plenty of kitchen utensils washing machine etc. for you to use. There are also shops just across the road.
